The hotel was ideal and bright, the staff were exceptional. Location: the venue was short walk to many attractions including a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, many activities and a convenience store. Loved delicious and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is clean, with welcoming personal, and offers marvellous location near to the center of the Old Quarter and St Joseph's cathedral, a supermart, a convenience store and a bustling weekend night market. The breakfast variety is excellent with view on Hanoi, both alacarte and also pancakes, excellent service.

We had a delightful five-night stay at the Brilliant Hotel. The Presidential Suite exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and amazing balcony. Despite being in the old quarter, the room was quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel at home. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the cooked-to-order menu was a nice touch. The hotel's location was ideal, just minutes away from Hoan Kiem Lake and various attractions. Plus, the motorbike city tour recommended by the staff was one of the best we've ever experienced.

We had a great stay at a hotel located in the heart of this city. The hotel facility was clean and had all the amenities that we needed, including a parking lot and transportation services. The location was perfect, situated near an antique street and within walking distance from all the landmarks. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel offers a delicious and very very good breakfast with both alacarte, pancakes, view on Hanoi. The venue rooms are new-fashioned and functional with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and snacks.

The hotel is located in a very central area, just steps away from the lake and all the must-visit places in the Old Quarter. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well-equipped with all necessary items. The breakfast spread was good and had a decent amount of options to choose from.

Though the room had a window, it only faced the hallway and didn't offer any view of the nearby area.

My experience was not that great overall as there were some problems. The water pressure in the shower was really low and sometimes it was just a trickle, which was frustrating.
